Fuel Surcharge Table
Effective October 1, 2009
Our fuel surcharge will be adjusted based on the Midwest (PADD2) Average Weekly Retail On-Highway Diesel Price. The price is posted each Monday, or on Tuesday when Monday is a federal holiday, and may be found online at http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp, or is available by calling 1-202-586-6966.
The surcharge rate change will be based on Monday’s price and will be effective on Wednesday and will be adjusted each week based on Midwest Average Price. If fuel prices rise above $5.094 per gallon, fuel surcharge will be increased an additional one percent for every $0.07 per gallon increase in fuel price. We will post our current fuel surcharge on our website, http://tayloroilinc.com/fuelsurcharge.aspx.
